As recently as about a month ago, they keep finding Japanese torpedoes lying around off the coast and on the beaches of California, and nobody in the US Gov't wants to admit that so many made it over here in '41. They even revealed evidence that Hitler was able to send a U-boat all the way around and up the Pacific coast! I think foreign ships and subs are anywhere and everywhere, and probably our are too.
