Ok, i'm pregnant with baby number 2 asks its only been 10 months since baby number 1 was born. I had alot of complications to where I had to have a c section, and still have a soar scar tissue to where it hurts to work my abdominals. Now ive been a twig my whole life and still am, how ever I would like to tone up again and also not gain a ton of weight. My last pregnancy I was honestly skin, bones, and belly was all I had. My daughter literally took everything from me to the point I was hospitalized cuz I was so weak. I didn't really worry about my weight then because I didn't have to. I don't mind gaining a couple pounds but I wanted to know different opinions of staying healthy during pregnancy and if working out is okay or not?
