gotta eat lots of fiber, try one of the otc fiber products. Buy some of those medicated butt wipes, epsom salt warm bath. keep the wrinkled penny clean. High protein and not enough fiber make cement turds...not good. if they dont clear up in few weeks see a doc. try not to strain, avoid sitting long periods.

Go buy some preparation h at pharmacy and in a week or so its be gone. Make sure you hold your breath and stay rigid and tight on every rep of squats and deads.

I haven't squat in over a year..never been a fan..but have started back up on deadlifts

NO PAIN NO GLORY!

Squats are the best leg exercise in existence and by skipping them you are limiting your potential for growth. They arent susposed to be fun. They are very difficult but they work.
