Arimidex on day of injection or day after?

Just wondering what the majority of you guys do. Do you take your Adex on the day of your injection, or the day after? I've tried EOD, but my E2 got too low. Gonna cut back from .25 EOD to .25 twice a week and see what happens. I can feel the anxiety creeping up after my last injection so I'm trying to nail this down. Any advice will be appreciated.

Adex half life is arround 48 hours or 2 days (means half the amount of the drug is released within the first 2 days) so in that case u'd better try a day b4 or 12 hours b4 it may be on the same day of ur test shot cuz test e and cyp peaks arrround 36 hours and here were u may start feeling the estro spike.

I do arimidex .25mg twice per week the day before my test cyp shots which I do at 50mg twice /week. Also do HCG 250-500iu the day before the test shot. Seems to keep me in a good E2 balance so far.

Thanks Shavas, I appreciate the reply. That makes sense, it's already in your system prior to the shot, so as to avoid the estro spike. Same like X-Man said. Right on!!!!!

u have to figure it out urself , depending on sides and labs , it's an individual thing.

but statistically speaking at that low dose of test it should be enough, but still labs only confirms that.
