LOLZ @ full reps, I assume you're referring to the fact that I done 14 reps with your squat max on that bench video I posted? I don't touch my chest with the bar for two reasons, one is it keeps constant tension on the chest, and 2 is that I have gotten superior chest developement from benching like that. As I said I bet you you're next months pay, all 1200 bucks of it, that you're ass will not do as much weight like that as oppessed to touching your chest for that lil spring off the bottom that all you pussies like to get while benching. So I will not allow a punck mutha fucka to critique my bench form. I'll bang that shit for 36 and you take your ass to the bant camp for a month. I'ma just stop at 36 to fyi bish nigga. Controlling the weight throught the whole range is what my form is all about. My stamina is a factor for me, so you can hope I run outta steam cause I will not run outa brute fucking horse power. My bench workout yesterday was, 2x225 for 20 reps, 1x 315 for 18, 1 x 365 for 14 2 x 405 for 8 reps. Facts are facts nigga Ima bench press fucking machine, get over yo self bro and learn form the best on this site about how to bench. Wurd

God damn. Last time you talked about benching like that, I agreed with you, dumb fuck. But I'm not going to sit here and call it 35 fucking reps when every damn one of them is a 3/4 rep at fucking best. That was TWELVE fucking reps of 315 (you claim 365). I guess the reps on the video increase every time this comes up. I assure you I squat more than 365.

I'll still take the bet though, as long as you lock the shit out and come remotely close to touching your fucking chest.
