Yep test blends do sting for a couple of days after.. Try warming the oil before pinning and massage the area after injection..

I always do legs at gym on injection days. (When injecting in quads) This way the absorption rate is better and the discomfort is minimal

if u r not in pain, u r not lifting enough

if it's your first injection and you're a virgin to the needle it's going to hurt like hell until your body adapts

the second time is better and it just keeps improving.that is unless your gear has too high of an alcohol content to it then you're going to need to cut it/dilute it with cottonseed or grapeseed oil.the first quad injection I did was years and years ago,and I remember how badly it hurt.just remember it will get better bro.be sure to work out the muscle you inject in,that will help tremendously.best of luck to you

I've injected plenty of times. When I do glutes I get cramps in my sides.

Sus 250 always hurts bro. Its the prop in the blend. The very first time hurts like hell especially if ur new to it. You'll get used to it eventually especially on ur 2nd and 3rd cycle aswell if u keep going with 250. I actually think the worst pain is injecting through the sites where its so hard to break the skin with the pin because you have done it in that spot so many times over the months/years then also feeling the pain the next day from the prop. Overall, i love sus though

Go shoulder! I use to have the same pain and radar gave me the very good advice to try the delt and I will never go back. It still gets sore but it is only a fraction of the pain.
