It is a staple in my training diet bro. I use that and powerchews pre workout....
N2KTs blows me out of the water...

Seriously loved it for day 1. Not to much itch from the arginine. great PUMPS, good focus and strength. my pumps were incredible. beware of this on back day
I won't be going back to no xplode (because I get diarrea every time right when i arrive to the gym)
Jack3d makes my face and head itch like fucking crazy. N2KTS after 1 day is my Pre Workout of choice!

I am still using this, I love it. I think I am on my 5th tub. Green apple is the best.
