50mg will produce much better results than 25mg. Keeping blood levels stable by spreading the dose, is great for gains and recovery. I personally prefer to take var in a single large daily dose, of around 50mg pre-workout. It means that the next 9 hours it will be active in my system, and the 9 hours after that it will be active at half the plasma concentration. It also means that there's a small break each day where the plasma concentration is quite low. Taking it daily spread out shut me down quite well, but in a single large dose at wake, it seemed it do all the things I wanted it to (better strength at workout, decreased appetite early in the day for IF and better recovery on less food) with much less suppression after 6 weeks. Then again I took it sublingually, and I noticed almost immediate effects on strength, so I respond very well to var.
Think about it, 25mg dose per day is equal to 175mg per week. mg for mg you woudn't see much progress with this much of a more powerful AAS, such as test. Doubling that to 350, and that's a good beginner cycle.
I hope you're taking taurine (for the clen) and creatine mono (synergizes very well with
var). Also, plan a proper PCT. Var kills me after a month and a half.
