I'm in the hospital my lungs are full of fluid, and I have a bad case of Pneumonia... They have me on high flow oxygen, and have iv's running consent antibiotics. Just in case anyone was wondering "where's stero been"
 
What hospital stero? Do you need anything??

Once the fluid is out of your lungs we will reinsert some into your orifices :D

Thanks for the good wishes everyone! Cali- I was rushed to the U of A from stony plain. Almost no wait at all. I drove myself to the hospital from the gym. When I arrived my BP was through the roof, SP02 was at 80, resting heart rate pulse was at 140. They hooked me up within seconds. And I've had pretty good service at the U of A. I sure am getting tired of getting blood tests 3-4 times a day though. It's also been a bitch trying to sleep not being able to breath properly.

Guess it was pretty bad, they had me tagged and had taken me into emerg within minutes. They said they were surprised I was able to drive myself to the hospital though with my vitals I came in with

I have been fighting bronchitis since mid October, off and on antibiotics and I guess it had developed into pneumonia... I dont know like it just came so sudden really like out of no where. I the day it happend i had felt fine all day. Then I was in the gym and I couldn't catch my breath and all, I started coughing, and I had bad wheezing. I could feel my lungs felt so heavy and I was struggling to breath at all. So I hopped in my car drove myself to my parents (moms a nurse) she started checking all my vitals and after 20 mins of it worsening I drove myself into the hospital

Oh and are there any hot nurses up there in Canada that always helps the time go by....

Man...sounds bad. I know you've been sick for awhile and hopefully, this will at least take care of it and get you moving in the right direction. The UofA is probably the best place to be so that's good too. Seriously, though, if you need a visitor or anything (even if it's just Timmies) let me know...I'll come see ya! :)

That's why I asked what they were saying... It was straight up pneumonia or did you get an embolism? Your description doesn't really sound like just pneumonia by itself. I dunno.

Is the pneumonia in one spot in particular or scattered around? Do you know?

I would never touch tren or even deca for that matter. Im thinking EQ is the most exotic gear i would ever use, and ive actually used it in the past so its a known quantity

though i'm running tbol for the first time, i really hope that this isn't a sign of things to come, i don't want to get mixed up in drugs anymore than i already him.

Why guilty rob? Its not like you "get high" off roids like weed or coke etc. Gear is performance enhancement stuff and while it can cause dependence psychologically, its not something people get high off of in the usual drug manner.

then i did test and i said that's as far as i would go.
now decca has been looking tempting, i don't want that and hope i can hold firm against it but i dunno...

Come on rob, thats nancy raygun talk to have any guilt over using performance enhancement gear. You arent hurting anyone, probably not even yourself if used responsibly with time on time off cycling, moderate dosing, regular blood tests, etc.
Its really a personal choice and nothing to feel guilty about.
 
You'll pull through. My dad was feeling rough when gf and I visited the folks this past fall. We all went kayaking a few miles around Lake Superior to some islands, probably about 4-5 miles. He goes to the a couple days later upon returning home and found out it was pneumonia. He's a tough bird just like gramps lol.

I don't think his vitals were all that bad. Pneumonia usually only demonstrates critical prognosis in the elderly or severly immunocompromised. He could have actually been discharged if it weren't for him needing IV abx.

Stero, are they giving you solumedrol on top of the antibiotics? Do you have a bilateral lobe infiltrates or just one?

I'm not sure what they are giving me now, they just changed my antibiotics last night because I guess they are thinking the bug has built up resistance to meds I've taken before. They also did an echo of my heart because it is inflamed and seem to think the bug has moved into there too. They also saw some damage to my heart saying I also may of suffered from a heart attack at some point. They are going to have me in here for a while to do some testing. I think next thing they want to do is an MRI and take a look at my heart now
