Your thoughts on my rat...

First off... this is my first post with my new screen name. I lost my last one & password when I switched my internet provider. Hadn't used it in forever anyways! Glad to be back though!

I'm trying to figure out what the next step is for my rat...

some history: he's been working out 15 years. He's had a rough go of it over the past 4 years. Divorce, child custody battle, and a torn rotator cuff/labrum surgery have made it hard for him to be dedicated to the gym. Lately (6 months), he's been able to finally stay steady though! Now he wants to add some chemical enhancement to his routine. Prior to all the BS, he was 270-275 & 11-14% bf, depending on if he was on/off... he's got 6 cycles under his belt.

Currently, he's 260 & 16% bf (could be a tad higher). He's currently under Dr's care & taking test cyp 200mg/wk & 1mg/day adex, as despite pct and good labs following his last cycle, he ended up with some jacked up labs about a year or so ago.

He's to the point now that his training and diet are getting back to where they once were and it's time to make plans for the future. He wants to continue to diet for about 2 more months before he starts anything else. But... he's gonna start getting things into order.

He's not sure where to start with this one... he has no desire to compete. He just wants to be happy with himself. Bigger, stronger, faster... if you will.

In the past, he's gone with the "more is better" theory & run higher doses of test, eq, & tren in his cycles. Now, he would like to see if lower doses/fewer compounds, could yield decent results.

He's stockpiled enough test to run @ 400-500/week for 16 weeks. Past that, he's not sure where to go. I'm sure he'll still have some trimming up to do, so maybe a cutter? His bro wants him to run some var & winny in there somewhere. He's never used either in the past. He's also been thinking about some peptides. Maybe ghrp & cjc... he's never used those either.

Any suggestions or questions are greatly appreciated! He's kinda lost with starting out on trt & having the aromatization issues!
 
we need some stats to better assist him, age,weight,height,BF,Diet and training history.

260 pounds is big, i doubt you are just 16% body fat. your best strategy is stick to a strict diet and cardio for 2 months as you plan. that will get you back on track. I don't think you need anything else right now.
 
I was sat here thinking for 4 years off... 260lbs at 16% is HUGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Depending on height...

I'd double check the stats, but everyone will probably say the same, start off on 400-500mg TestE wk. Work it for 10-12weeks, do some decent PCT, see what sort of gains your getting and go from there? It's a no brainer, good potential gains, safe... Then can up it after.

Not putting up an argument, but 16% of 260 is 41.6 pounds. That sounds/feels/looks pretty close to me. Being almost 6'2", I carry quality weight naturally... my calves are still 19" if that can give you some idea.

Point taken on the 2 months of cardio/diet also! I was looking beyond that time frame though. I feel confident that the weight will be in check at that time, and I was looking for ideas past that... basically to have everything on hand that I need to begin... papa rat has to feed the baby rats, before he gets to shop lol!

Really just wanna toss ideas around and see what others opinions are.
 
diet hard for 2 months. During this lower cal 8wk period you should lose quite a bit of BF. Also cutting before you hop onto a cycle is a good idea, once you return to higher cals your body is primed for growth. So after you cut up do a 12 or 14 wk-er to bulk a bit.

than during your last wk or 2 of being on cycle i would start up some peptides. They are a great way to ensure you keep 90% of your gains and also will lean you out a bit. Which after bulking for 10-12wks stright you will need.

a combo of GHRP 2 & cjc 1295 3x ED is all you need. use the peptides for 8-14wks total. once your done with those a sarm would be a great option to hold you over til your next cycle.
