Stop smoking + AAS

So I'm gonna stop smoking the same time I start another cycle. Do u think the nicotine withdrawals + the AAS will be too hard on my body? I've stopped smoking before cold turkey no problem. I can get through it. Mostly only smoke now because I work crazy hrs and it helps to stay awake or get over hunger pains when I can't eat at that moment.
 
i think its a bad idea and it has nothing to do with nicotine withdrawals or whatever.

smoking hammers your endurance and lung function. it takes time to get that back. at the very least get conditioned before you bother with AAS or you won't get all you can from your cycle.

trust me a smoker wouldn't be able to survive my workouts. my gym is pretty chilly and my clothes are drenched afterwards, i cannot imagine working out with weak lung function. i would be half assing my workouts

bottom line is you should be in top shape before a cycle. whether its smoking, donuts, cake, whatever. don't let anything get in your way.

we already went over in your previous posts that you weren't in good enough shape to juice and needed to lose weight, i hope you start listening and don't come back after your cycle complaining you made no gains.
 
Dude ur plan sounds like a great idea. Jus go on a light cycle, nothin too crazy. N smoking or quitting smoking wont hold u back. Jus make sure u have a good diet n u actually go to the gym. Do cardio atleast 3 days a week.
 
I did a light cycle of var and goin to the gym and eating well and everything kept my mind of smoking and that was 8 months ago and im still not smoking.

Thanks for ur input. I plan on quitting and doing some extreme cardio for a couple months. Def don't wanna be held back from gains for poor lungs.

As for my pct I think I got it lined out from steves previous advice. N2Guard and hcgenerate through cycle and pct with hcg post cycle and unleashed. Maybe throw some clomid in.
 
If your gym has steam rooms start hitting them as they will help get rid of the initial nasties from your lungs.

Good good advice from everyone. Yes last cycle I was smoking and it wasn't cool. Nothing like doing back and bi's with my partner while he's not breaking a sweat and my shirts dripping with it. He was going natty at the time but I still know smoking contributed to it. Nothing like the trainers staring u down wondering WTF is up lol
