who's a fan of SHORT TEST CYCLES? lets build one.....

I recently did 6 weeks Test C 500 and dbol 50mg week 1-4. The cycle went smooth, but I was actually stronger on week 1 of my pct than I was on the cycle...can't complain about that tho:)

lol Nice. my last cycle I was the biggest and strongest probably at week 5 of my cycle, a week after I stopped the original dieselbolan. I will probably run that again. I really wanna try d-bol, but i blew up 28 pounds in 4 weeks, so obviously my body loves some DMT. So I know what to expect with that.

Im so pumped. Hoping to hit at least 230 on this cycle and and stay around 215 after pct.

You planning on running a cycle anytime soon? Im assuming not from the conversations we've had, but figured Id ask.
 
Awesome. I just wasnt 100% on doin a short cycle with a long ester like E and C.

So.....Looks like I will be jumpin on this in a couple weeks. Cant wait.

I've said this many times before but it bears repeating..., the length of the ester has nothing to do with how long it takes for the cycle to be effective. It's simply the time that it is active. A short ester is 2 days and a long ester is 10 days. That's the only difference. As long as you have something in your system it's THE SAME EXACT THING.

I have a feeling I wont be running a long cycle for a very long time after this one. Recovery should be smoother, gains should be easier to keep. Whats not to love. Will log it in a few weeks....

Nelson, while your in here.....whats your take on my kickstart idea? D-bol or Madol(DMT)? Im just looking for pure muscle gain here and I think I've read a comment from you before saying that on pure muscle gain, not much beats d-bol? Am i correct with that statement? What about blood pressure? which one of these usually have the least sides?

I would probably run the dmt at 45mg/day and the d-bol at 30mg/day. Never ran d-bol before so just not sure what to expect.
 
If you're not gonna run 10+ weeks run Prop, not Enanthate or Cypionate. It's cheaper, quicker acting and you'll just get more out of your cycle overall.

But if you insist on using one of the longer esters then frontload it. 1000mg/week for the first 2 weeks then 500mg/week for the remaining 4.

Plus I feel the gains from shorter cycles are easier to maintain, mainly due to ease of recovery.

I would attribute that to less overall gains being easier to keep then anything else.

That's cause thats about when your test levels leveled out. It was a curve approaching a steady state level, then you started PCT.

This is strawman rhetoric - over simplifying an argument and then beating it down and claiming victory. Esters do have an effect on the base molecule to the point where it does affect the timeline of effectiveness of the hormone.

In 1954, a researcher named Reifstein and his colleagues compared an injection of Testosterone Propionate with Testosterone Enanthate, and they found that the injection of testosterone propionate resulted in nitrogen retention of 1.02g/day with a total measurable anabolic activity of 12 days, while the Enanthate version resulted in nitrogen retention of 1.76g/day and had a total measurable anabolic activity of 33 days.

1. If "testosterone is testosterone" then there would be no effort to make different esters of the hormone. It wouldn't matter, affects would all be the same. This is simply not the case though.
2. Accumulation of the hormone within the body will reach a much higher peak with a long ester as opposed to a shorter ester (if the same dosages are run each week). This surely has an effect on anabolism.
3. Test prop and enanthate are not the exact same thing without the intervention of your body breaking down the ester into the usable hormones; which happens at different rates. 400grams of protein in one meal is the same as 400mg protein split equally between 4 meals but the implications of each meal are quite a bit different.
 
I like short cycles. Easier recovery, easier to keep gains, and less sides (personally). I honestly would run the dbol or dmt for the whole six weeks... I mean as long as you're taking a liver guard (assuming you are) it should be fine. I ran dbol for six weeks one time... gained a lot of weight but I don't like the bloated face look it gives you while on it. If dmt worked so well for you in the past, I'd just stick to what works. Although you will get massive off dbol as well. I just personally don't like the sides that come a long with it.
 
I personally prefer longer cycles. The reason is you have more time to make considerable gains. No matter how you justify it I know from my experience that my best gains on long esters happen between weeks 4-16. I do get gains early on, but there noticibly better after week 4. As far as recover goes, I recover just fine. I also use the time in between to make gains naturally. If you cant gain on your own you have no business using juice anyway. In the end it's your cycle do whats best for you.
