Test Ethanate and Diet

Hi,

I was considering taking test to build muscle and had a few questions but for starters I'm 22yrs old I'm 6'3" 249lbs (used to be 308) and now about 18% body fat and I have been doing weights for 2 years now. My question is what diet is "best" or good while taking steriods? More specifically is there a good protein/carb/fat ratio?

Thanks

Imo 18% is still too much. U should do a straight cut diet eating 6-8 meals a day and do cardio along with your weight training to reduce that bf at least down to 15%.

I am pretty fit for my size. I can run 10km then row 5km no worries and my blood pressure and heart rate are good. Does the fat % really mean that much?

Bulking Diet:
Calories: 16-18x bodyweight (in lbs)
Protein: 1+ grams per lb. bodyweight

Cutting Diet:
Calories: 10-12x bodyweight (in lbs)
Protein: 1.5+ grams per lb. bodyweight

Maintenance:
Calories: 14-16x bodyweight (in lbs)
Protein: 1.25+ grams per lb. bodyweight

I would have your natural hormone levels tested before you jump into any AAS at age 22. You may not need them.
Myself personally I like to change up the ratios of my food for different phases of my training. If I was wanting to get ripped
I would go on a 50P/30C/20F type diet for at least two months then adjust from there.

For bulking, I would switch the protein and carb proportions keeping fat the same, so (50C/30P/20F).
That being said 18% is quite high for using AAS, I would defo cut first which can be done through diet and cardio.
Get to a lower % before considering using them.
