LOWERING BLOOD pressure, not good

^^^i just came from the chiropr. and they used some device that you put around the wrist and put to your heart. i told the lady it wasn't accurate and she said that the company that sells it to them says its accurate so it must be so. I gave her a look and just gave up on argueing.

alright, i am not too happy my chest doesnt feel good fellas,
but iv made th epositive changes today, be honest shudi buy some need2gaurd to be safe, or shud i go to doc when i get the car in 10 mins.. im not feelin so hot and im not too happy about it, and frankly if i get a bad blood pressure reading from the pharmacy again i dont know how im guna feel

That's still borderline. Keep an eye on it bro.
That's fine. What's the problem? Sounds like you're anxious -- which will give a high reading.
