Ok so a little info before I get started. Been training a little over 3 years now (although I did have some inconsistant training before that). 23 Years old Diet is in check I have been bulking for the past 4 months on 3200-3400 calories around 200-250g protein and atleast 100g fats. Stats are 5'7 currently around 178-180 Lbs. Not 100% sure on Bf but id guess around 15% as abs are visable unflexed (I hope lol). Lifts are 260ish bench (FML) , 495 Dead , 365 Atg Squat. Have done 2 PH cycles, but the first one was a complete waste as a lost all gains and really had no idea what I was diong. Also developed some minor gyno during PCT (nolva + T booster). Il chalk that up as a learning experience, so I would like to make the most out of this.
For this cycle I am looking for something mild. I am probably going to run it during the winter, but I will likely cut to aruond 168-172 before I started (that way I could end aruond 180-185 @ a lower bf% than I am now.). During the cycle Id like to gain around 8-10 LBS LBM while maintaining or even lowering BF a little (hope this is realistic enough). Anyway a few things I have been thinking of were 12 Weeks Eq @ 400mg/w or 10 Weeks Test-E @ 250mg/w, but really open to suggestions.
