Possible gyno problem!

Hey guys I could do with some help with gyno.

I listened to twats at the gym and used steroids without doing any research what so ever. Hands up I'm an idiot big time.

I think I got gyno but I'm not too clued up about it even though I've done some research.

My nipples ain't itchy, puffy or sensitive but I have a little lump behind it which hurts. I was using tamoxifen 20mg per day for 6 days before I shit my self thinking it's not working and went to the drs. The dr has reffered me to hospital for a scan which is going to be 4 weeks time and also told me to stop taking tamoxifen. Since I've stopped taking the tamoxifen I feel as if it's getting bigger.

What shall I do?

Certain steroids require different ai's to go Along with them.
So post up your info and you will get responses soon.
I would for now
Continue the tamoxifen if that's all you got. And completely stop the steroid you are taking.

I was taking dianobols for about 5 weeks. I started at around 10mg per day and went up to 30mg per day. Thanks for the advice.

I would use the TAMOXIFEN at 40mg until symptoms reside. In the future run an AI with all your cycles. It will prevent any problems from ever occurring to begin with.

I've been told to use letro but haven't got any. Shall I use the tamoxifen at 40mg per day while I hunt out the letro or will I be ok with just the tamoxifen? Sorry for being so awkward.

Start running Letrozole at .25 and greater immediately. I have outlined a table for you below.

Day 1: .25mg letro
Day 2: .50mg letro
Day 3: 1.0mg letro
Day 4: 1.5mg letro
Day 5: 2.0mg letro
Day 6: 2.5mg letro **


You want to remain at this dose until gyno symptoms subside. Once you believe your gyno is gone it is important to stay at this dose for another 4-7 days to ensure all traces are gone. I recommend people with a bf% over 15 stay on for a week as it may be harder to judge completely whether the lump is completely gone. Once this period is over it will be important to taper letro down slowly rather than coming off it completely. Regardless of which manner you tapered up your dose you will all taper down in the same fashion. This is a very common problem and you are not alone. I typically run .25 as a maintenance dose. i posted a similair problem and got told to stop taKIN THE NOLVA i was using since i noticed the lumps..and take adex instead ???there seems to be a mix of answers on this .could someone of VAST EXPERIENCE .please advise us ,thanks..heres wat im gettin told
1.take nolva at 40mgs for week or 2 then continue at 20mg for rest of test e cycle.
2.take nolva for a week ,then used adex for rest of cycle.
3.stop nolva and just use adex or aromasin.
4.just use letro.
as you can see its very confusing if anyone has lumps and wants to know what to do asap.
