1 day in a new round of HST. 10 rep max. Didn't do squats or deads though, they were still hurting from thursday. Will do them tuesday. Benched, shoulders, back, shrugs, bis, tris.
went really slow, took almost 2 hours but it was me and two homies just taking it casually planning out the weekend.
drank too much beer today though, I don't want to ruin the 6 pack.
