finally closing on my house :) took a a while haha

been trying for a month to get a house..last one fell thru on me...but now deed is signed paperwork is done..friday i pay the balance and got my self a 3 bedroom house walking distance to 2 yuppie bar areas night life etc, great schools and a few parks for my kid to play in... all for big ass price of 5600$ hahahaha going in friday to prime the house and do the drywall work...paint saturday..new carpet put in monday and doing the kitchen floors also that day.. about 3 full days worth of work i do myself will save me 4000$....move my ass in thursday no more bills! no more rent...house paid in cash pumped!
