I ran 2 cycles of deca myself.. to be honest after the 2nd one i was over it. yes deca will give you mass and strength but it also raised by bf from 7 to 17%. keep that in mind. if you don't mind the bloaty and mass look then keep going with deca. but if you don't then maybe running a mast/primo type cycle is more a good idea and then maybe save deca for the next one after.
