I wanna start a test e deca cycle but kinda confused here are my stats first 155 24yo and abou 10% body fat

Well here is what I plann on doin first
Test e 500mgs a week and deca 250mgs a week for 10weeks

And my PCT is I don't know if this is enough or if I should start right after my last shot of deca/test e. liquid clomid 300mgs first day 100mgs next 10days and 50 mgs last 10days also some HCG not sure about the dosages what do u guy recommend???

I also want to avoid gyno and I have read a couple of places that I should take letrol for 2 weeks before I start my cycle but they say nothing abou dosage or if I should be taking it threw out my test/deca cycle or how many times a week. So I was just curious and wanna here your guys opinion on what a good PCT is and how to avoid gyno???

Thanks in advance

Btw I'm a rookie so go easy ;-)

I am 6 foot and I have tried everything to gain weight for the past 2 years with no change....I was thinking of doin test e with anavar but dont wanna deal with pills just injections

You are right but I'm sick and tired of hearing this from ppl I have been eating right since I was in 10th grade about 9 years. The only thing different from now and than Is I used to eat to stay lean cause I was a swimmer. But now I'm getting ready to join the Marines and I just wanna gain and keep max 20-25 lbs. I read your article and I'm not gonna outline my diet but it is right for me (mom is a nutritionist). All the males in my family are about the same size as I am. Give or take a couple of pounds so my personal opinion is that my genetics are to blame.

genetics can be overcome. cut down on the cardio/swimming. and hit the weight room hard. eat a lot of complex healthy carbs and protein. eat eat eat. a lot of times when people say 'well everyone in my family is X" its not cause of the genetics, its cause their family all eats the same food, has the same lifestyle etc. "my family has a history of lung cancer" well its cause everyone in my family smokes.. or "everyone in my family is obese so its hopeless for me to ever lose weight" well go to walmart and see the fat mom with her fat kids, and her cart full of fried food, sausage, coke, and processed junk.. no fruit or veggies. the fat mom is feeding her fat kids crap and making them fat too. now the kid will grow up blaming genetics. so don't let genetics get in your way.. yeah there is a genetic element but it is overrated unless you want to be like Jay Cutler dont worry about it.

i promise you will gain. at 6 feet and 155 pounds no one on here is gonna recommend running AAS because when you are off cycle you will just lose it all cause you do not know how to eat properly. when you join the marines you think they are gonna feed you a lot? lots of times you only have a certain amount of time to eat and are rushed. their selection of food is poor, trust me i know. so get on it now

I do eat different from my family cause they are where they wanna be...I make my own salads eat protein high calorie lots of carbs and I don't do any cardio maybe a quick rub for a warmup that's bout it...trust me when I say I'm eating right like I said before my mother is a nutritionist and she make sure I eat right....and Im not going to boot camp till december and I kno the food is crap so I wanna get in as much work as I can and just keep at it...I only plan on doing one or two cycles just to get a jump start and after that just maintain what I have naturally....thanks for all the feedback btw very helpful

Eating healthy and knowing your exact calorie intake, p/c/f and bmr is two different things.....at 6' 155 lbs you should be able to put that 20-25 lbs on in 6 months natty no problem if diet and training is on point. U keep saying u eat right but there is no way to tell if u don't post ur exact diet which would take all of maybe ten minutes...which shows you're just looking for a shortcut
