Hey all, another info thread here pls.
Can we please indicate what can have a negative effect on one's mood for the worse/better?
EG: Low Test may cause depression, whilst fluctuating Test levels will cause moodiness
What about Estrogen levels and fluctuations? Cortisol? Insulin?
I have had a few bouts of severe depression in the past, but these were precipitated by traumatic events, and eventually lifted.
BUT, the past few years it feels as though I have been slipping into an apathetic mood. Not really full blown depression. Difficult to describe unless you have experience with it...
So, now I would like to find out what hormones (specifically) and diet in general would have such an adverse effect on mood. Other aspect such as stress, rest, support structures have already been sorted.
BTW, as per a recommendation from a fellow TRT'r (Xman you beaut) I have started supplementing with l-phenylalanine (sp) and 5htp, no real difference yet. AND I am against taking brain altering chemicals thankyou
Look forward to some cutting edge info.
