Well I've been running 2iu/day 5 on 2 off for 5 weeks now. Started it a week before my cycle. I am running a bulk cycle of Sust @ 325mg/wk and Dbol @ 20mg/day 5 on 2 off at the mo' with a VERY lean diet. I have managed to drop about 2.5% bodyfat, my measurements are more or less the same as what they were prior to the cycle and I managed to gain 9lbs on the scale. The only measurements which decreased much is my waist, it dropped by almost 2 inches!
I know that, if I upped the HGH dose to 6iu/day, I would grow more, but it would cost me a lot more. My main aim on this cycle is to retain as much muscle as possible, even add some (which, thankfully, I managed to do) but drop down the % BF remarkably.
3iu a day pinned after waking up in the morning, all at once, is fine. Like Captain said, the dosage is safe and low enough for that. Radar also confirmed it, which is good.
