Thoughts on pulling water and carb loading pre contest?

That's true you atleast have good idea how you will look but if done correctly can be diff between first and not...which I want first and first only have worked way too hard for this...I want to come in shredded to the bone with muscle and veins looking like they bout to come through the skin ya hear me...radar think I'm gonna nail this baby!

gotta question, just got off a 10 week cylce of deca about 3 weeks ago how long do i need to wait before i can star winstrol

Atleast 10 more weeks..what this got to do with this thread..you should have ran winny with deca last 4 weeks..hope you not planning on winny only cycle
