calories on beastdrol

ive read a lot of posts saying beast is carb dependant. thinking about increasing my carb intake to 50%.
It's gonna depend on your bodytype. If youre ectomorphic then I would say go for it. Me personally i have to stick with a 40/30/30 pct ratio and strict diet in order to stay lean when bulking
 
This is what my current diet looks like. What do you guys think? This enough for some lean gains on beast?

Im consuming:

Calories 3020.7

Protein 48%, Carbs, 36% and Fats 16%

Sugars 79.4
Carbohydrates 280.05
Fat 55.93
Protein 373.06
Cholesterol 503.3
Sodium 3,707.00
Dietary Fiber 27.75

Calories Allowed 3,024.01
Calories Consumed 3,020.70
Calories Burned 744 (an hour or so of gym)
Net Calories 3020.7

Im drinking 3 protein shakes a day (60 g of protein each) in order to maintain a high level of protein.

Supps:
N2guard
Gear
Bridge (double dose)
Taurine (3g)
BCAA

and will most likely be adding ancient strenght once it arrives.

Thoughts?

I'd try to keep fats to a minimum of 20%, your body needs them. I'd lower the protein some as well and replace it with healthy fats then a few more carbs.

guess i could add a couple spoons of peanut butter on my shakes:D

lower the protein? was trying to reach the 2g per lbs... (im at 210)
 
Found this old post and thought id update, since i plan on starting a new 4 week beast cycle.

Haven't worked out in a while, but have been going consistently for the last 4 months... Muscle memory is a god sent... Originally i was cutting, and have dropped over 20 lbs. Currently at 180.

Thinking of doing 2 caps a day for 4 weeks. Will be consuming about 3330 calories, which is about 700 above maintenance. Since beast is carb dependent, i was gonna do a 50C/30P/20F split, but have decided that a 40C/40P/20F split will be better. This means that ill be consuming 330 g of protein per day, about 350 g of carbs and 65g of fat.

Want to gain 8-10 lbs of as lean muscle as possible. With as little fat gain as possible.

Don't know if doing 3 caps per day would have a significant advantage over 2.

Also while on I was planning in working out 6 times a weeks as opposed to 4. Hitting chest mondays and Fridays and a diff body part again on sat (rotating that part each week).

Any thoughts?!
