Test Prop and Tbol cycle advice

After looking at several forums and reading who knows how many threads I have decided to proceed with a Test Prop and Tbol cycle. Just wanting to get some advice on the duration and dosage of each.

Originally I was going to run an 8 week cycle and that would put the doses like this:
1-8 Test Prop @ 140'ish mg eod
1-4 Tbol @ 50 mg ed
running adex at .25mg eod throughout
with pct starting 2 days after last shot

But it seems like alot of threads recommend Test P at 100mg eod, so would the below be better:
1-10 Test Prop @ 100 mg eod
1-5 Tbol @ 40 mg ed OR leave it at the 50mg and run it for 4 weeks
running adex at .25mg eod throughout
with pct starting 2 days after last shot

Stats:
34 yrs
6' 2"
220 lbs
14%-16% bodyfat
been lifting off and on since highschool. diet is in check now and currently lifting M/T/TH/F with 20-30 mins of cardio after each workout. I also go in on Wed and do the elliptical for about an hour.


Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

100mg eod is on the low side for test
Prop....150mg eod will be sufficient and leave the t-bol at 50mg ed, u could even go up to 60mg if u wanted. Throwing proviron in there at 50mg ed couldn't hurt either, what does ur pct and diet look like?
 
Diet is currently arouond 3000 cals a day with 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat. Just trying to get bodyfat as low as possible before I start the cycle. Once the cycle starts I'll ramp closer to 4000+ cals. As far as PCT, I was just planning on running Nolva at 20\20\10\10
 
I did a cycle of winstrol years and years ago when I was younger and not as knowledgeable, so I would have to say that this is my first "real" cycle.
