Girls in porn either love it, or is just "ok" for them. They all are free to choose "no" to anal on a scene. It takes preparation and no numbing gels because that numbs the dude.
Most of them take alot of muscle relaxers and pain pills. Im sure they need them before after and during!

Some try muscle relaxers before an anal scene, but is not "a lot of relaxers and pain killers" In porn, anal is not every single scene; is sometimes, and the girl can say yes or no, and a lot of them enjoy anal.
