actually if you can get them to put it on whole grain crust most pizzas are relatively healthy, they place i go i get a large pizza on whole grain, with chicken and sundried tomatoes. Now if they only put low fat cheese on it : )

going back to the pizza thing i made my own, tried to make it as low cal as possible and it tasted pretty good

Order a grilled chicken on whole wheat, and if they dont have that then dont eat the roll.

Do the whole wheat pizza thing with extra veggies and chicken. And if they don't have low fat cheese, tell them to go light on the stuff. Pizza can actually be a pretty healthy meal for you if you eat it this way.
