I take ALA before I eat foods with Lactose in it, Works well and gets me vascular as hell. I dont take very much if its just some Yogurt or Cottage cheese, but for a carb up on FF NSA Ice Cream I take hella ALA.
My nightly regimen in as follows,
2-300MG ALA
2-300MG Niacin bound Chromium
1-16oz Tub FF Cottage Cheese w/ Splenda and Cocoa
My cuts usually look more defined after this and I feel great.
I have been thinking of adding some acidophilus and other live cultures to helps eliminate any dairy bloat/excess lactose in my system. Any thoughts?
