Not the most low fat recipe, but hey, its packed with polyunsaturated fatty acids....enjoy!
Miso-Glazed Salmon
3 tablespoons white Miso paste*
2 tablespoons rice cooking wine*
1 tablespoon sugar
4 salmon fillets (about 4 ounces each)
In a small bowl, stir together first three ingredients until smooth; brush over salmon fillets. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight. Heat oven to 400 F. Place salmon skin side down on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Roast 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
Makes 4 servings.
