Any ladies use low carb/high protein cereals on their regular daily diet?

don't think there are any lo carb/hi protein cereals unless they have been concocted by some food manufacturer trying to cash in on the Atkins craze!

Good ole oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder is the best hi protein cereal for me!
