green tea while cutting

Lastly my bench prior to doing a few diets was 405lbs for 3rps at 220lb. Squat 315lb for 12, deadlift 495 for 1rp, now I'm at 240lbs and can't bench 365 for 3. Maybe 2 on a good day lol. I think i screwed something up. Even my strength curve changed I have to work harder for less results

Are you training any differently when cutting? You could try adding Ostarine in there which is designed to prevent muscle wasting. It would be great while cutting.
 
While cutting my performance is reduced I try going heavy but I can't get get the weight up.

For that reason, you might want to add ostarine to the mix. It helps to prevent muscle and strength loss when you are cutting.

Then you would not have issues with going heavy.
