Excerpt: I get my meat from a local butcher shop but I get my other stuff from the grocery store, I decided to put together a meal prep for the next few days. I got aluminum containers and loaded up a dozen chicken breasts, cups of rice, and frozen veggies. It took about 3 hours to cook it all and put it into the containers, I added bbq sauce to them for flavor. Advice? I plan on taking these with me and reheating in microwave at work.

Dont add bbq sause, make your own natural sause no chemicals, like lemon with olive oil and chilli, something like that

You did a pretty basic and effective meal prep. Now that you have done it you will be able to experiment and get better.
