Fish oil is absolutely a worthwhile supplement but not so much for fat loss

With fish oil it's going to decrease your inflammation and improve you blood lipid levels while keeping your arteries from clogging

Labrada EFA lean gold is a good EFA blend that has omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids or you could just get some fish oil from like whole foods
 
It generally works well, but it has many side effects
I prefer and advise you on methods with a natural diet and exercises

Don't get fish oil. Get Omega 3 tabs with at least 350mg of DHA and EPA in each. We consume too much Omega 6 and 9 as is.
I aim to eat 3g of each DHA and EPA per day.
Seriously helps with LDL and HDL levels, joint mobility and does wonders if you're in keto (which I personally believe you should be for fat loss).
