    Whole eggs.. Egg whites are good for like the week or two before a show but anyone else would want all the nutrients and fats from the yolk too. Anyone on a good diet and regular workout routine will want whole eggs...

    you should be asking what kind of eggs in the first place

    if the eggs you get aren't stamped pastured + humane friendly then you are wasting your time.

    yes it matters. the same thing with veggies, fruits, and meats. what those plants or animals ate, and the conditions they lived in matter.

    and then how you cook your food matters too.

    The problem with eating just whole eggs is that each whole egg has 5g of fat. That adds up quick.

    I like to do 1 whole egg for every 5-6 egg whites
