Choose one food for overall benefits

If you could only eat one food item what would you choose to eat. I would say you would want something with alot of benefits. One source only, which one?
 
Eggs are considered a whole food. High in protein, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.

That being said - the key is moderation and variety. You should eat a wide variety of different foods each day
