I have recently started a test enan bulking cycle. I am currently 10-12% bodyfat at 200lbs. My goal is to gain lean mass without adding too much to my bodyfat.

I am eating the following macros:
Workout day: 4200 calories (360g protein, 420g carbs, 110g fat)
Non-workout day: 2700 calories (245g protein, 190g carbs, 100g fat)

These calories come from clean foods (chicken, tuna, lean steak, eggs, wholemeal rice, oats, wholemeal pitta, flax, cod liver oil) with some protein shakes and dextrose around workout time. I am eating 9 meals on workout days and 7 meals on non-workout days.

While cutting I was eating about 2500 calories a day or so of clean food.

My question is: do I have my macros about right for my size, metabolism and goals? I am sort of concerned that maybe I'm not having enough carbs to grow, but at the same time I don't want to eat so much that I end up bloated.

Any advice? Thanks.
