is this something you can eat once in a while cutting? obviously without the skin which is the part where all the grease is absorbed, I always have chicken as my main protein source but don't always hace the time to cook it, thank you for opinions
 
Popeye's chicken is breaded and deep fried. It is very high in carbs (from the breading) and fat (from the skin and deep frying process).

For the occasional cheat meal here and there, no problem, but it's not something you want to regularly incorporate into your diet if you are cutting.

Stick with regular plain boneless skinless chicken breast or turkey breast. If you like breading, roll the chicken/turkey breasts in sea salt and oatmeal and them bake them in the oven. It'll be a much healthier and lower fat version of fried chicken.
 
If you do not have the time to cook, why not just get some rice that you can make in the microwave in 30 seconds + a can of tuna, which you can open in 10 seconds. It would literally be a 1 minute to cook meal full of protein, and really clean.
 
Once in a while anything is ok for a cheat meal. If your issue is time then you need to prep more chicken when you cook your meals. Pick a day each week where you have the most time and cook for the entire week.
