i would like a few comments on the following.
6'2" 245lbs
been training for 11 yrs
have been on gear for 6wks and havent seen a explosion i was expecting.
5oomg test e and 300mg deca
eating 350g protien and trying to get 4500 cal a day with chicken lean beef
veges like green beans baked potatoes and sweet potatoes need more advice on what to expect to what to add or take away or change
