Goddamn amazing workout. My grip on my DL's was locktite. I had energy and strength to spare. OH presses were effortless.
Since I am on cycle, should I stay with my +5lbs increase every workout on my Madcow 5x5s or increase as I feel I can?
I feel like I am 21. My wife told me I rocked her world this AM. She wanted to mess around, so I had to rinse off the transaderm before sex and reapply after we finished. I reapplied 3 pumps to be safe.
Diet is solid. Recovery is a little tough. I have glucosamine/condroitin, vit C and fish oil. I am wondering if I should move to Forged Joint Repair. I feel it in my elbows and knees.
