How do you measure BF?

I'm a newbie.. what is the average BF say of a professional football Offensive lineman and how do you measure BF? Is that caliper thing reliable??

Everytime I go to the gym this lady who works there wants to pinch my ass with this caliper thing to measure BF... She doesn't need to measure it, hell I can see it, why does she think I am there anyway? wtf?? anyway, are those things accurate? what do most bodybuilders use?

I use a cheese grater and a finely tuned balance. or is it balence?
either way I'm retarded.

I use an air compression test that measures density. Most people that I know think I'm athletically built but my BF is 21%. Comparing myself to football lineman I would guess that some of them are 35% or more.

i'm curious about mine too... my mum's is 21 or 22 and i'm much leaner than her so we guessed i'm around 18 or so. anyone have a guess at mine?
