how do i stop Real player being my default player for mpegs??

i installed the new version and it said would u like it to be the default player for all the supported media types...i thopught it just meant AVI's , but evidently not. anyhows, its turd, but i cant seem to turn it off in the options boxes in both real player and windows media player, and both players help contents said nothing. nada. zip.

anyhow it takes far too long to play gopod quality porn so any ideas

i dont even know why i installed it....i waned to see a movie emily boufantte had been in and it was only availbel in real player.

real movies are ok cos even tho its shite quality a lot of film time can be sotred in a short file....but it takes soooo long to download...wheres the fun in waiting

Open your RP then go to:

view
preferences
upgrade
media types
then click on re-associate media types
then un-check the box "MPEG Video".

click your start menu and then click settings...
go to folder options...
click File Types at the top...
scroll down to mpeg...
click it and then delete it...
the next time you open a mpeg, a menu will pop and will ask you which application you would like to use to open the mpeg file...

This should work. Let me know if it doesn't. Tyler
