i did for a long time.
things i noticed
appetite was very strong
energy was high
nothing else.
b5 is pretty good for the skin. it shrinks my pores big time, i take it just for that. it's not perfect at keeping the acne away (especially if you juice) but it helps.
I'm not juicing now but I still have a very mild break out on the upper back.. b5 will help that?
Is there any side effects from b5?
for sure.
10 grams a day.... get the powder from beyond a century. split it into 3 doses (maybe 1 with each shake...i put it in my 2 shakes and my PWO)
pills are too expensive and you have to eat like 20 of them a day.
no side effects for b5. doesn't work for everybody, but definetely makes you lose oily and shrinks your pores
FYI i was injecting the b12 IM. i think you can do it sub Q too.
Is it something you have to stay on? or does it stay in your system for awhile?

you take it at 10 grams for awhile...then you can go to 5 grams and then do like a maintanence dose at 3 grams.
thats the way they say it. i just do about 5 grams after a couple of months of 10
