i was using the 80lb db to cap of my chest excersice .. i go until failure ..usually around 15 20 after a good workout but today i pushed to 28 and dropped them cuz i was completly spent .. the fat out of shape mother f*!@ker behind the desk put the alarm on. i called him out n say you come over here n do some of these and he laughed and when back to eating his doritos
