What causes sore joints on Winny....

And other than Deca,does anything help? Glucosamine?

Deca seems to "lube" joints... I don't know why exactly. I have used and OTC supp to alleviate the winny-stiffness - Therajoint by ISS. Works well for me.

glucosamine @ 3-4 grams should help, it takes forever to kick in though

Thanks for the responses.Georgie,about how long did it take? I wouldn't be opposed to giving the glucosamine a head start.
