not a gyno lump...but a gyno ring...

Hey guys...

When I first got my natural gyno, it was a definite lump which was painful to the touch. However, over the past few months, the pain went away and the lump has disappeared. the nipples are still puffy but now instead of a lump, I feel a ring of hard mass when I press on my nipples. There is no mass directly underneath the nipple, but the ring is around the edge of the areola. Anyone else have something similar? Is this still gland tissue or just fat?
