Keto , insulin, and diabetes

Big Calvin posted over at the Diet board a question on whether he could use keto if he was a diabetic.

I replied with some internet sources and my own theory to the best of my knowledge. I was wondering though if any docs could help me in further helping this bro. I told him to get his docs advice, and am wondering if any bros with knowledge in this area can help.
