female bodybuilders all have flat chest. why is surgery necessary for gyno if you get too low bf and burn all the fat? if you get to normal weight will they get big again or will it just solve the problem ?

Your boobs already look kind of soft and squishy in the before and after pic you like to post. Give it a few more years, and you'll have some nice large C's that start in your armpits or upper back and hand down to a nice jiggle up front.
