Hello,

I would like to thank you all for the valuable information I read here.
I am 26 years old, ex muay thai fighter, ex bodybuilding lover.

Got divorced 2 years ago. Got depressed, quit sports, started smoking and drinking like a horse pretty much every day. (Typical story...)

It has been 5 months since I have stopped drinking and smoking. Feeling much better now.

Unfortunately I lost a lot of my muscle mass and gained +25kg of body fat. It has been 10 days since I started cardio + weight lifting, high protein/low carb diet.

I currently weigh 111KG. My height is 187cm. Got some gyno which was pretty much invisible when I was lean.

Starting GW501516(20mg/day) + Ostarine (20mg/day) for 50 days.

I will try to increase my cardio workouts to the max. Pictures will be uploaded tomorrow.

good luck man! what's your workout routine? going back to muay thai?

Well, so far I had only 1 day off. I try to do intensive weight lifting (low weight, many reps) + 30 mins of jogging. Of course I don't want to overdo it, so sometimes switch to cardio only instead.

Not going back to muay thai yet, not fit enough. It will take at least 6 months to be ready for proper muay thai training.
 
Interested in how this goes. What diet are you following while running these?

I will start GW and Ostarine tomorrow. Diet is not very strict but really low on carbs (whey protein isolate, fish, chicken breasts, salad, etc...) Lost 3.5KG in 10 days.

I also take high doses of Omega 3 fish oil, Vitamin C(prolonged release), Multivitamin(Wellman), N-Acetyl l-carnitine + alpha lipoic acid, Magnesium/Zinc.

I will also add (in 2 weeks) 500mcg/day cyanocobalamin injections + High Dose of Micronised Resveratrol in Tween 80(to reduce carcinogenic potential of GW). I really wish to get back in shape, now I am a really fat man :D
 
09:45 AM here. My GW and Ostarine tablets arrived. Took 20mg of both. Muscles are too sore from the previous workouts, so I will do cardio at 6PM today.
 
It might be a placebo effect but it seems that my body temperature is a bit higher than usual(after taking ostarine and gw).

This is me now at 111 KG(day 1 on GW and Ostarine), after 2 years of no exercise, drinking lots of beer, eating shit and smoking. Gyno is obvious now. I will try to reverse this "mutation" in 6 months(at least partially).

I will also post updates every 10-15 days.

Any advice would be appreciated.

If I may make a suggestion however it would be to ditch the steady state cardio (ie 30 minutes of jogging) and replace it with a more crossfit style workout. You want to alter hitting all 3 energy pathways which means some high intensity short burst sessions one day, some medium intensity, mediumm duration another day and some longer duration lighter intensity yet other days. Couple that with pure strength work, not high rep work.

The steady state cardio actually slows metabolism over time, the variation in cardio training and focusing on all 3 energy pathways prevents that. Strict muscle building work build muscle and muscle burns calories, even at rest.
 
You may also want to use a light a.i...ostarine has been known to aggrivate gyno, especially at your bf. Forma would suffice for this

Agreed, my nippless always get puffy when I run Osta, even when I dosed it just at 12.5 mgs day.
Good luck with your weight loss, man! Once you manage to drop a bit of weight, you will feel great, and it helps you to just keep on at it!

I know this from my own experience, I managed to lose about 35-40 kg few years ago after I began my TRT and got my shit back together. The feeling you get from succeeding in it is fantastic, and keeps you motivated to keep going on and improving yourself.

Day 5. Still early but endurance increased a lot. I can now run for 1:30 hour with little effort.
No improvements in weight lifting, in fact it probably got worse(lower weights used, might be overtraining). I had extreme workout yesterday and my muscles are not sore at all.

It seems that I lost some weight but I don't want to weigh myself yet. The weather is too hot here. I don't know if it's GW or hot weather at night time(no aircons in London) but I can hardly sleep. It could be the low carb diet disrupting my sleep as well...

Just added Cyanocobalamin 500mcg/day injections. I will inject Cyanocobalamin for 20 days.

As for Osterine no estrogenic side effects noticed yet. My existing gyno does not get worse, nipples are not sensitive(although the right nipple is puffy as always).

i will be following bro, you are not as far away from where you want to be as you think.
 
How often are you doing that amount of cardio?

Every third day. I usually do 30-60 mins + weight lifting.

Weather is too hot here, got really tired yesterday and only managed to do 30 mins of cardio, then left the gym.

I sweat like a horse now. My RHR before bedtime was 95 BPM. It could be because of the ketogenic diet, extreme sweating. I increased my sodium, magnesium intake and I also increased my carbs a bit. Heart rate is Okay today.

Had good sleep for 8 hours. On my way to the gym now ;)

I'm in bro! Great to hear feedback on the Peroximod GW . The Stuff is dirt cheap in comparison to researchsarms . Osta takes about two weeks to kick in so from then you should start noticing improvements . But Osta does cause sleep issues and for some (including me) it caused night sweats in the first couple of days . Not sure about GW causing any sleep issues. Don't mention the weather! its horrible man, luckily for me before the heatwave kicked in I left my local hardcore gym and joined an inner-city plush air conditioned gym
 
I wouldn't expect much in strength gains if you're doing a boatload of cardio, especially from sarms. They'll help with muscle retention when burning that many cals but I'm not surprised that you haven seen a difference in weight training. Then again, osta hasn't really peaked for you just yet
 
It has been a couple of weeks now. I lost some weight but not too much, however my body fat decreased significantly and muscles feel fuller.

I am getting insomnia, irregular/strong heart beat, slight chest pain and night sweats. I have occasionally have to take Zolpidem to fall asleep(but I always had problems with sleep anyway).

I had to cut down on cardio, so it's 1 hour weight lifting + 30 mins low intensity cardio. I also added more carbs to my diet.

Not sure if GW or Ostarine is causing this. Weight loss is okay, but my body looks significantly different now.

Ostarine seems to be giving a little bloating/estrogen side effects. My Exemestane will arrive in 1 week and I will start taking it straight away for 60 days, 25mg/day. Hopefully it will reduce my gyno a bit and it seems to increase testosterone, decrease estrogen with no rebound effects on discontinuation. It should work as mini PCT as well.

Had my blood test done today. Doctor said "everything is perfect". ECG was okay as well(had 2 days off GW and Ostarine, will resume tomorrow).

Strength is growing slowly. I now weigh 107KG.
 
Any update or photos mate, will be starting a course of osta myself in a weeks time so I'm in on your review!?
 
any updates brah.. would like some updates on the sides you might be getting

and also updates on the bf% decrease you were experiencing.
 
Okay. I had to travel quite a bit because of work. So I could not go to gym on regular basis, diet was not perfect as well.

My weight stopped dropping at 106-105, however waist continued to get slimmer, muscles got much bigger and strength increased a lot(I mean really a lot). Almost like if I was on a normal steroid cycle.

My muscles started looking a less puffy and smaller since I started taking Aromasin 25mg every day, no adverse effects on strength, no joint pain (I take high doses EPA/DHA).

It seems that Aromasin made me a bit lethargic, so I take old formula Jack3d if needed.

I really doubt that GW501516 gave me a lot of endurance, it's hard to judge because I take it with Ostarine. Ostarine sides(headache, night sweats, heart palpitations) subsided, GW501516 still gives heavy and uncomfortable sweating.

People started asking if I now go to the gym. No crazy results but I am getting there...

Will post pictures in 5 days when the cycle is over.

i was having some estrogenic sides on ostarine too (solo). Since I did not have aromasin on hand, I have been taking low dose nolva 10mg a day, and liberal use of formastanzol while I wait for aromasin. plan to keep up low dose nolva but taper it down to 5mg all the way through to almost the end of PCT.

no lethargy, but the joints not liking it, where before they were very happy campers. And the estrogenics seem to have subsided (feelings in my chest) though maybe not externally. i do feel better about it though, like definitely do not have something going on that is out of control. Also, it may have helped to drop down to 20mg a day ostarine, but I can say I like 20mg only half as much as 25.

Thinking of adding a stano clone in to further combat the estro. cant tell if kanatandrol v3 would do the same thing.

did you mistype your aromasin dose? is it ED?

25mg Exemestane daily. Cheap Indian Xtane brand. It increases free testosterone and IGF-1. Also no rebound estrogen appears when you discontinue using it(not like with anstrozole, letrozole). It takes some time for Exemstane(Aromasin) to kick in.

I will continue it for about 40 days after I finish my Ostarine and GW. I hope it will help to reduce my existing gyno. Otherwise I will need surgery.

Dont want to argue with a person or doubt their experiences but nothing in this world has given be endurance like gw.I know everyone is different but it worked so well for me in that area, its really hard for me to believe lol.
