From GINGER ROOT to PAPAYA

Ginger effectively controlled my bloating and gas from protein consumption. I switched to papaya enzyme (from Vit World) and have not had any changes in gas, bloating, etc. I chew 6 tablets after every meal. Ive done this for a month without any change in bowel habits. This leads me to believe their is no significant difference between the two.
 
Papaya is a protein enzyme going back 20 + years ago Papaya juice is what we made our protein shakes with. And as for ginger it is good on meats as a seasoning tastes good and is cheap. Don’t know which is cheaper in pill form.
