First cycle need help

took my first shot 4 days ago and ever since had soreness in my glute (typical) but over the days i feel as if it has swollen up/has a lump. This morning i also touched my injected glute and it was a bit warm. Also have a mild fever but nothing over 100..took tylonal twice on 2 different occasions and fever disappeared

Took 1cc of test c
1cc of test b

Possible infection? Please help and how do doctor rules apply in canada? Thinking I should say its a b12 shot
